Yusuf Erüstün charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yusuf Erüstün the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kirsehir JK's Ceyhan Serol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doruk Elmacı in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Şentürk Ünek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Kirsehir JK's Göktuğ Akbayrak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Özmen Süner. Özmen Süner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ensar Aktaşoğlu in the 22nd minute of play forced Kirsehir JK's goalkeeper Ceyhan Serol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 23rd minute of the match Yusuf Erüstün completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Yusuf Erüstün a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Kirsehir JK's Yusuf Erüstün got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 27 minutes into the match, Kirsehir JK's Giray Özerkin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Özmen Süner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Doruk Elmacı cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ceyhan Serol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceyhan Serol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doruk Elmacı, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Ceyhan Serol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doruk Elmacı in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giray Özerkin to make the kick off. Özmen Süner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giray Özerkin in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Aksoy FK's Temel Canver got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Doruk Elmacı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceyhan Serol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Giray Özerkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute of the match Erim Tayyip shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Özmen Süner showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ensar Aktaşoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ceyhan Serol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doruk Elmacı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes, Göktuğ Akbayrak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kirsehir JK and the Aksoy FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Ensar Aktaşoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ensar Aktaşoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doruk Elmacı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceyhan Serol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doruk Elmacı, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd match minute, Aksoy FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fethi Turhan to maneuver through the defense. Şentürk Ünek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özmen Süner having to interfere. When Fethi Turhan fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aksoy FK's protests and gave Fethi Turhan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Aksoy FK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Fethi Turhan hit a great ball. Doruk Elmacı struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ceyhan Serol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aksoy FK. Ceyhan Serol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fethi Turhan in the 92nd minute of play. After recieving a nice pass, Aksoy FK's Müfit Uluğ tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
