Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baturay Sargınal started the match with the kick off. Gökberk Açar charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gökberk Açar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Konya's Atilla İpekçi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hafız Ruhittin in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Ciftlik booed when Konya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramazan Sağıt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Baturay Sargınal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla İpekçi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Baturay Sargınal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Konya's Atilla İpekçi. Atilla İpekçi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the game, Ramazan Sağıt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Konya's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciftlik the free kick. In the 12th minute, Ramazan Sağıt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Behiç Onultan's late challenge caught a Ciftlik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Behiç Onultan helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Konya got a freekick which was hit by Behiç Onultan. Tugay İlter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciftlik's Derviş Çalkın proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Ciftlik from getting a goal against them. Konya's Behiç Onultan got his second yellow card of the match in the 35th minute. The referee ordered Behiç Onultan off the ground. Behiç Onultan kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Atilla İpekçi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baturay Sargınal in the 39th minute of the match. Ciftlik's Anıl Cenk Özsevi got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

62 minutes into the match, Konya's goal looked a bit too open when Baturay Sargınal came free, but Atilla İpekçi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Konya getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Tugay İlter hit a great ball. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Konya! When the match had been going on for 69 minutes, Ciftlik's Seçkin Ökmener got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Atilla İpekçi. Baturay Sargınal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 played minutes Ciftlik got a freekick which was hit by Ali Hamza Temizkal. Baturay Sargınal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Atilla İpekçi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bican Sarıcabay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciftlik's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
