Ömer Rıza Kaptan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 20 minutes, Abdi Saygın Tüzüner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hafız Öktemer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferman Hüdayioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded Fatih left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sögütlü.
