After some careless play in the Galatasaray SK defense, Andaç Safih kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdurrezzak Babayiğit. The Galatasaray SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdurrezzak Babayiğit should have stopped the shot. Andaç Safih received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Abdurrezzak Babayiğit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Andaç Safih got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kenan Sebihs short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Onur Sağıt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andaç Safih made a kick off. If Hüseyin Aktaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andaç Safih's late challenge caught a Galatasaray SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andaç Safih helped the player get up and apologised. Andaç Safih hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Andaç Safih recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdurrezzak Babayiğit. Andaç Safih showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Onur Sağıt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halit Ziya Tuğser in the 62nd minute of the match. Abdurrezzak Babayiğit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andaç Safih, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute.
