Seyrani Beytekin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Göktürk Sayıl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Seyrani Beytekin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Ragıp Ergök's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ali Behzat Nesil was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aksu FK's goalkeeper Göktürk Sayıl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
