Midyat's supporters rose to their feet, but Abayhan Koyas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Hafiz Suha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Şeref Derim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bedri Akkuş's late challenge caught a Midyat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şeref Derim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Hafiz Suha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Abayhan Koyas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Hafiz Suha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şeref Derim in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Yenimahalle bingölspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demir Pekol to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Midyat's goalkeeper Turgut Ecemiş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Halit Tümerkin. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şeref Derim to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Giray İzmirli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Hafiz Suha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Abayhan Koyas could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Ahmet Hafiz Suha however easily saved by the left post. If Abayhan Koyas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60thth minute of the game Şeref Derim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yenimahalle bingölspor's Ahmet Hafiz Suha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63 played minutes Yenimahalle bingölspor got a freekick which was hit by Hilmi Tolay. Abayhan Koyas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şeref Derim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abayhan Koyas might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ahmet Hafiz Suha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abayhan Koyas ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Şeref Derim sped through Yenimahalle bingölspor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ahmet Hafiz Suha. After 75 minutes, Hilmi Tolay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yenimahalle bingölspor and the Midyat players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yenimahalle bingölspor's Hilmi Tolay got a free kick in the 77th minute. A hard shot by Giray İzmirli from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Ahmet Hafiz Suha's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Yenimahalle bingölspor's Ahmet Hafiz Suha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Yenimahalle bingölspor from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Midyat booed when Yenimahalle bingölspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hilmi Tolay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Midyat's Giray İzmirli couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. Midyat's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
