Süleyman Okaner succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. In the 32nd minute Süleyman Okaner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reha Kıvılcım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bahadır Şeref took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferman Pekel. Ferman Pekel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The throw-in from Işıkalp Kutbay in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir. Reha Kıvılcım showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Süleyman Okaner in the 43rd minute of the match. Reha Kıvılcım made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Menderes Saik sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Süleyman Okaner to strike the kick off in the second half. Süleyman Okaner scored 2-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reha Kıvılcım, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Işıkalp Kutbay in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir. Süleyman Okaner's late challenge caught a Durağan SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Süleyman Okaner helped the player get up and apologised. Süleyman Okaner kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Tuncer Demir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Menderes Saik's late challenge caught a Durağan SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Menderes Saik helped the player get up and apologised. Menderes Saik hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Ömür Namdar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Reha Kıvılcım read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 78th minute Süleyman Okaner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reha Kıvılcım saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durağan SK's Reha Kıvılcım played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Süleyman Okaner in the 79th minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, Durağan SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tekin Ülkümen to maneuver through the defense. Bahadır Şeref recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Mümtazer Akersoy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Işıkalp Kutbay in the 89 minute of the game. When Mümtazer Akersoy came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Durağan SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mümtazer Akersoy couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Durağan SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 1911 Çerkezköy SK.
