Reha Kıvılcım showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hasan Okhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mümtazer Akersoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Göktan Umurbay having to interfere. The supporters of Durağan SK booed when FC SkyWalker was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teoman Ataergin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vecdi Civan struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Göktan Umurbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Durağan SK. In the 32nd minute, Mümtazer Akersoy made a precise shot to the right of Göktan Umurbay. FC SkyWalker's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in FC SkyWalker's zone, Bahadır Şeref stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göktan Umurbay came out of the goal and Bahadır Şeref tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 minutes, Ahmet Hasan Okhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC SkyWalker and the Durağan SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC SkyWalker's Ahmet Hasan Okhan got a free kick in the 38th minute. Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ejder Yıldızhan, made in the 42nd minute of the game. After having played for 43 minutes, Mümtazer Akersoy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Durağan SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mümtazer Akersoy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FC SkyWalker getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Ejder Yıldızhan hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mümtazer Akersoy to make the kick off. If Mümtazer Akersoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktan Umurbay came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir. But to his dismay, Tuncer Demir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Reha Kıvılcım stood somewhat misplaced when Nedim Hacısalihoğlu came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 64 minute. Nedim Hacısalihoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Reha Kıvılcım made a huge save. 69 minutes into the match, Durağan SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Hasan Okhan came free, but Reha Kıvılcım reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mümtazer Akersoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tuncer Demir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Göktan Umurbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göktan Umurbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bahadır Şeref went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Necati Tamerkin made in the 88th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ahmet Hasan Okhan however managed to control. A sloppy throw-in by Necati Tamerkin in the 90th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Durağan SK's Tuncer Demir. Bahadır Şeref received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Göktan Umurbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
