The supporters of FC United İstanbul booed when Kizilören was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüsmen Kutel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Macit Hüsrev succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 18th playminute. After having played for 26 minutes, Kuddusî Muhittin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tahsin Sağbilge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdoğan Tanaltay, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdoğan Tanaltay couldn't finish the play. Erdoğan Tanaltay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tahsin Sağbilge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necmettin Egin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahsin Sağbilge having to interfere.
