After a rather tough play, Trabzon's Egemen Mertoğul got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gürcan Haneci made a kick off. A collision led to Trabzon getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Arif Cengiz Erdemer hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Adana Demir Spo's Abdulaziz Yalınayak tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gürcan Haneci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gürcan Haneci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dilaver Tecelli having to interfere. Onurhan Hekimoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ege Bozbey in the 65th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Arif Cengiz Erdemer in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Adana Demir Spo's Efekan Zeyyat. Yalçın Sarıoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yalçın Sarıoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adana Demir Spo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
