Spectators: 7318 (Terracing: 5490, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gürcan Haneci started the match with the kick off. Gürcan Haneci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gürcan Haneci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Onurhan Hekimoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ege Bozbey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Onurhan Hekimoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lütfi Varan in the 26th minute of the match. After having played for 29 minutes, Ege Bozbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trabzon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ege Bozbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gürcan Haneci was extremely unlucky when he, in the 31st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Gürcan Haneci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adana Demir Spo's supporters rose to their feet, but Gürcan Haneci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dilaver Tecelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gürcan Haneci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dilaver Tecelli having to interfere. İskender Baki Özgunes kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After the first half Trabzon were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ege Bozbey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Trabzon's zone, Gürcan Haneci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dilaver Tecelli came out of the goal and Gürcan Haneci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürcan Haneci in the 56th minute of play forced Trabzon's goalkeeper Dilaver Tecelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Adana Demir Spo's Efekan Zeyyat got a free kick in the 65th minute. Onurhan Hekimoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ege Bozbey in the 67th minute of play. Yalçın Sarıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 minutes, Abdulaziz Yalınayak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Adana Demir Spo and the Trabzon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Abdulaziz Yalınayak kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Trabzon booed when Adana Demir Spo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efekan Zeyyat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd match minute, Trabzon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Cengiz Erdemer to maneuver through the defense. Peyami Kapkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dilaver Tecelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdulaziz Yalınayak's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Trabzon's goal looked a bit too open when Gürcan Haneci came free, but Dilaver Tecelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lütfi Varan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
