Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Halil İbrahim Çelikyay took the kick off in the first half of the match. Güral Tecelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Özbek Rami tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Haydar Seyfeddin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Özbek Rami. Avanos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Saffet Bozok sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Güral Tecelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Özbek Rami having to interfere. If Saffet Bozok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özbek Rami stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Güral Tecelli's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Mustafa Haydar Kuntay made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Saffet Bozok sent off a good shot on target. Halil İbrahim Çelikyay struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Mustafa Haydar Kuntay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avanos. 41 minutes into the match, Afjet Afyonspor's goal looked a bit too open when Halil İbrahim Çelikyay came free, but Mustafa Haydar Kuntay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes, Edip Tuğcu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Afjet Afyonspor and the Avanos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th minute Halil İbrahim Çelikyay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Haydar Kuntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 55th minute, Yavuz Selimhan Uçhan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Avanos's goal looked a bit too open when Güral Tecelli came free, but Özbek Rami reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akgün Refet kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Halil İbrahim Çelikyay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saffet Bozok in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Haydar Kuntay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 68 minutes, Ulvi Soyurgal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Afjet Afyonspor and the Avanos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes Afjet Afyonspor got a freekick which was hit by Ulvi Soyurgal. 69 minutes into the game, Saffet Bozok cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mustafa Haydar Kuntay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Özbek Rami was a little too slow when Güral Tecelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-2. Mustafa Haydar Kuntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saffet Bozok, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Afjet Afyonspor's zone, Saffet Bozok stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Haydar Kuntay came out of the goal and Saffet Bozok tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Yavuz Selimhan Uçhan came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Afjet Afyonspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yavuz Selimhan Uçhan couldn't finish the play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
