İdris Mutlualp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Korcan Karun's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Abdullatif Torehan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baran Bilge Ağyar in the 12th minute of play. Malkara's İdris Mutlualp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Korcan Karun in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Edirnekapi SK getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Baran İlter hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Korcan Karun in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İdris Mutlualp saved Malkara from getting behind. With a little luck, Malkara's İdris Mutlualp got control of the ball when Baran İlter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baran Bilge Ağyar struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Abdullatif Torehan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malkara. İdris Mutlualp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Korcan Karun in the 23rd minute of the match. When Ahmet Korcan Karun came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Edirnekapi SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Korcan Karun couldn't finish the play. When Sertaç Utman fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Edirnekapi SK's protests and gave Sertaç Utman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th minute, Sertaç Utman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdullatif Torehan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alphan Tunak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Edirnekapi SK booed when Malkara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zikri Kudretullah didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Korcan Karun in the 91st minute of play forced Malkara's goalkeeper İdris Mutlualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Baran İlter made a precise shot to the right of İdris Mutlualp. Malkara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baran İlter in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İdris Mutlualp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Edirnekapi SK were the better team. Edirnekapi SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
