The supporters of kemaliye booed when ADANA SARIÇAM FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Müfit Türköz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göktan Baroğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göktan Baroğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to kemaliye getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Göktan Baroğlu hit a great ball. Kaptan Ekici hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Nazmi Enginer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sami Gençoğlu having to interfere. ADANA SARIÇAM FC's Şener Evvel got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, kemaliye's Fevzi Tamerk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hayyam Şahbey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Fevzi Tamerk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. kemaliye's Sami Gençoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şener Evvel in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, kemaliye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göktan Baroğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute Şener Evvel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sami Gençoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

58 minutes into the match, Nazmi Enginer notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of kemaliye's Sami Gençoğlu. Sami Gençoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Şener Evvel might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sami Gençoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Şener Evvel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind kemaliye's goalkeeper Sami Gençoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Nazmi Enginer managed to get in a good position for a shot. ADANA SARIÇAM FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nazmi Enginer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sami Gençoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Şener Evvel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nazmi Enginer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sami Gençoğlu having to interfere. Sami Gençoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şener Evvel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sami Gençoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazmi Enginer in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, kemaliye's goal looked a bit too open when Şener Evvel came free, but Sami Gençoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. kemaliye's Sami Gençoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazmi Enginer in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the ADANA SARIÇAM FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
