Alim Tanın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 15 minutes, Şemsettin Arkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şemsettin Arkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alim Tanın who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Tamer Yaltırak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Ahmet Ozan Patlar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alim Tanın in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tamer Yaltırak saved Karagülle from getting behind. After 58 played minutes, Galatasaray's Bekir Metehan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tamer Yaltırak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galatasaray reached it. Kandemir Çınar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alim Tanın in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tamer Yaltırak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enes Onsoy during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Karagülle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enes Onsoy to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute Yusuf Bahadır Suersan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekrem Çelikhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Temel Murat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galatasaray's supporters rose to their feet, but Temel Murat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tamer Yaltırak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 88 minutes, Alim Tanın made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Karagülle's Tamer Yaltırak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tamer Yaltırak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kandemir Çınar in the 92nd minute of play. Alim Tanın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamer Yaltırak having to interfere.
