When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Baran Bilge Birsoy took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Birant Özatay to make any attempt to save it. Cenan Evirgen charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cenan Evirgen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Cenan Evirgen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Baran Bilge Birsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birant Özatay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ergin Zeyrek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökçek Baycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Birant Özatay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balaban Irmak in the 20th minute. Birant Özatay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baran Bilge Birsoy in the 26th minute of play. Baran Bilge Birsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birant Özatay having to interfere. After 36 played minutes, Erdemli's Şerafettin Şahin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Birant Özatay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Erdemli reached it. A collision led to Siteler SK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Burak Seylan hit a great ball. Burak Seylan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Siteler SK's zone, Balaban Irmak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Birant Özatay came out of the goal and Balaban Irmak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Siteler SK's Burak Seylan got a free kick in the 41st minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atilla Kağan Vaha made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Ulu Öztanır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Siteler SK's goal looked a bit too open when Balaban Irmak came free, but Birant Özatay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birant Özatay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balaban Irmak's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Siteler SK booed when Erdemli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balaban Irmak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Balaban Irmak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Erdemli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balaban Irmak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baran Bilge Birsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birant Özatay having to interfere. If Baran Bilge Birsoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Erdemli were the better team. Erdemli's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
