In the 7th minute Buğrahan Esentürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sadri Palabıyık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kerimhan Yasin in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sadri Palabıyık prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Bahce FK booed when BalKes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celil Bilgiç didn't get a good kick on the ball. Utku Fırat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ediz Arkan in the 16th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bahce FK's zone, Ediz Arkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Utku Fırat came out of the goal and Ediz Arkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute Buğrahan Esentürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sadri Palabıyık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to BalKes getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Sertaç Çağaçar hit a great ball. Sadri Palabıyık stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kerimhan Yasin's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the last second Utku Fırat throw himself and got hold of the ball when Enginsu Ozaner in the 40thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Utku Fırat made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Ediz Arkan sent off a good shot on target. Kerimhan Yasin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Sadri Palabıyık tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

51 minutes into the match, Bahce FK's Kerimhan Yasin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sadri Palabıyık narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sadri Palabıyık showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerimhan Yasin in the 74th minute of the match. Ant Demirbaş's late challenge caught a Bahce FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ant Demirbaş helped the player get up and apologised.
