The audience was convinced that Ahmet Nasir Asalet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğa Kandemir was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Sinop F.C.'s zone, Nando Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğa Kandemir came out of the goal and Nando Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğa Kandemir came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Heybeliada's Ahmet Nasir Asalet. But to his dismay, Ahmet Nasir Asalet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Paşa Ali Sebil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the game, Nando Trigo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Doğa Kandemir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute, Ahmet Nasir Asalet made a precise shot to the right of Doğa Kandemir. Sinop F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 27 minutes into the match, Sinop F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nasir Asalet came free, but Doğa Kandemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doğa Kandemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Noreña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Ahmet Nasir Asalet put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Doğa Kandemir. Heybeliada's Nando Trigo got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bektaş Ali Nadi struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Atilla Tarkan Cantürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinop F.C..

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bektaş Ali Nadi made a kick off. If Nando Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Sinop F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Nasir Asalet came free, but Doğa Kandemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62ndth minute of the game Ahmet Nasir Asalet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sinop F.C.'s Doğa Kandemir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaime Noreña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğa Kandemir having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Sungur Uygan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Heybeliada getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ahmet Akyıldız hit a great ball. Paşa Ali Sebil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nando Trigo succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. A hard shot 86 in the game by Ahmet Nasir Asalet from a close distance when the talented Doğa Kandemir managed to make a qualified save. Sinop F.C.'s players were relieved. Jaime Noreña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jaime Noreña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 minutes, Sungur Uygan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sinop F.C. and the Heybeliada players grew even worse after the yellow card. Heybeliada's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
