Sinop F.C.'s Doğa Kandemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rauf Özveri in the 10th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Tasköprü's Peker Erdönmez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doğa Kandemir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Doğa Kandemir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rauf Özveri's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Doğa Kandemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peker Erdönmez in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Sinop F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sungur Uygan to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Ceyhan Malgır struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Doğa Kandemir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tasköprü. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rauf Özveri in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doğa Kandemir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sinop F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Şeref Kura was slow to take the kick. During this time Tasköprü's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Şeref Kura got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Doğa Kandemir quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Doğa Kandemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rauf Özveri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Tasköprü a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Şeref Kura, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sinop F.C.'s Doğa Kandemir. 0-1. After the first half Tasköprü were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bektaş Ali Nadi made a kick off. Bünyamin Malkoçoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Tasköprü's Yakup Kadri Pektaşi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bektaş Ali Nadi in the 66th minute of play. Pekin Taş charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pekin Taş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Sinop F.C. getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Pekin Taş hit a great ball. Doğa Kandemir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rauf Özveri went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Sinop F.C.'s zone, Rauf Özveri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğa Kandemir came out of the goal and Rauf Özveri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rauf Özveri in the 79th minute of play forced Sinop F.C.'s goalkeeper Doğa Kandemir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Peker Erdönmez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doğa Kandemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rauf Özveri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, Tasköprü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Ceyhan Malgır to maneuver through the defense. When Bektaş Ali Nadi came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Sinop F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bektaş Ali Nadi couldn't finish the play. In the 90th match minute, Tasköprü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Ceyhan Malgır to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tasköprü's zone, Bektaş Ali Nadi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yakup Kadri Pektaşi came out of the goal and Bektaş Ali Nadi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Tasköprü could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sinop F.C. throughout the match.
