Ersan Torhan kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Yetkiner Honazlı made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Gürhan Ulucan sent off a good shot on target. Pendik FK's Gürhan Ulucan got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yetkiner Honazlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ersan Torhan in the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Akyurt SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gürhan Ulucan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Akyurt SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ersan Torhan came free, but Yetkiner Honazlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Pendik FK's Ersan Torhan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Akyurt SK's zone, Gürhan Ulucan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yetkiner Honazlı came out of the goal and Gürhan Ulucan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Pendik FK's Gürhan Ulucan in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akyurt SK's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Akyurt SK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Aziz Pekgöz hit a great ball. The supporters of Pendik FK booed when Akyurt SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güralp Özerdem didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Aziz Pekgöz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Akyurt SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aziz Pekgöz couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Ersan Torhan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yetkiner Honazlı, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Aziz Pekgöz made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Akyurt SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ersan Torhan came free, but Yetkiner Honazlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 minutes Akyurt SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mehmet Emrah İbrahimoğlu who took care of the corner kick. In the 55th minute, Kemal Çeliksu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aziz Pekgöz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Güralp Özerdem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Kemal Çeliksu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yetkiner Honazlı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Anıl Cenk Yesar made a precise shot to the right of Yetkiner Honazlı. Akyurt SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 70 minutes into the match, Akyurt SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ersan Torhan came free, but Yetkiner Honazlı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yetkiner Honazlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ersan Torhan in the 74th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gürhan Ulucan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yetkiner Honazlı was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After 81 minutes of play, Pendik FK's Ersan Torhan made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yetkiner Honazlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gürhan Ulucan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yetkiner Honazlı having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pendik FK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Akyurt SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
