In the 9th minute, Doğaner Cengaver reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Muharrem Baler. The goal made the score 1-0. Eflani's Muharrem Baler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fazıl Canıtez in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Eflani's goalkeeper Muharrem Baler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mustafa İzzet Yusuf. 17 minutes into the match, Gevas's goal looked a bit too open when İshak Peşrev came free, but Kıvanç Sergen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, İshak Peşrev put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kıvanç Sergen. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İshak Peşrev during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. İshak Peşrev hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Muharrem Baler made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Mustafa İzzet Yusuf sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute Fazıl Canıtez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muharrem Baler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şafak Şehzat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Muharrem Baler made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Yücel Tangun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eflani's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gevas the free kick. After 37 played minutes Eflani got a freekick which was hit by Yücel Tangun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fazıl Canıtez in the 39th minute of play forced Eflani's goalkeeper Muharrem Baler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İshak Peşrev in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kıvanç Sergen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fazıl Canıtez in the 42nd minute of play forced Eflani's goalkeeper Muharrem Baler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Eflani's Battal Seyyit Özsan got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Eflani's Muharrem Baler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Eflani from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İshak Peşrev was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Eflani's zone, Alptuğ Ataseven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muharrem Baler came out of the goal and Alptuğ Ataseven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55thth minute of the game İshak Peşrev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gevas's Kıvanç Sergen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eflani's Muharrem Baler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fazıl Canıtez in the 63rd minute of play. If İshak Peşrev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muharrem Baler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fazıl Canıtez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, İshak Peşrev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kıvanç Sergen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The supporters of Eflani booed when Gevas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şafak Şehzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Doğaner Cengaver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muharrem Baler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Eflani defense, Mustafa İzzet Yusuf kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Muharrem Baler. The Eflani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Muharrem Baler should have stopped the shot. Muharrem Baler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şafak Şehzat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Eflani's goal looked a bit too open when Şafak Şehzat came free, but Muharrem Baler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muharrem Baler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa İzzet Yusuf, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Mustafa İzzet Yusuf took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Muharrem Baler. Muharrem Baler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. When the referee ended the match the Gevas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
