Osman Soysal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Ömer Sağanalp made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Ahmet İlke Durali sent off a good shot on target. Mehmet Emre İsmihan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Süleyman Timur's late challenge caught a VAKFIKEBİR MARNA SPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Süleyman Timur helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of VAKFIKEBİR MARNA SPOR booed when DeLi Yıldız was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position.
