Tacettin Aurelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edip Yiğitoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tacettin Aurelio ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yılmaz Tüzünalp in the 12th minute of play forced Maychester United's goalkeeper Edip Yiğitoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes, İsmet Beren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maychester United and the Karıncalar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, İsmet Beren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edip Yiğitoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emerson Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emerson Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 21 minutes into the game, Arif Temizkan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Edip Yiğitoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Karıncalar booed when Maychester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilgehan Sayar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Bilgehan Sayar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maychester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karıncalar the free kick. The supporters of Karıncalar booed when Maychester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilgehan Sayar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emerson Sanches took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edip Yiğitoğlu. Edip Yiğitoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Emerson Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edip Yiğitoğlu having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Arif Temizkan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karıncalar's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Temizkan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edip Yiğitoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute of the match Yiğitcan Günsel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edip Yiğitoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Emerson Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edip Yiğitoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Tacettin Aurelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Maychester United's Bilgehan Sayar got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Karıncalar's attentive Yılmaz Tüzünalp managed to snatch the ball when Behzat Cevahir made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. After the first half Karıncalar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Emerson Sanches notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Maychester United's Edip Yiğitoğlu. Edip Yiğitoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Emerson Sanches's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edip Yiğitoğlu was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. The Karıncalar fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Karıncalar's Emerson Sanches looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ergincan Köken scored 0-5 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edip Yiğitoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hüseyin Can Ahid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orkun Erdursun in the 74th minute of the match. Emerson Sanchess short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Edip Yiğitoğlu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Edip Yiğitoğlu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Karıncalar's Emerson Sanches shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-6 in the ordered_time% minute. Maychester United's Edip Yiğitoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Maychester United from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emerson Sanches in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edip Yiğitoğlu saved Maychester United from getting behind. In the 86thth minute of the game Emerson Sanches who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maychester United's Edip Yiğitoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edip Yiğitoğlu was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Arif Temizkan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arif Temizkan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. After a rather tough play, Karıncalar's Arif Temizkan got a free kick in the 90th minute. Maychester United's Edip Yiğitoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tacettin Aurelio in the 93rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emerson Sanches in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edip Yiğitoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Tacettin Aurelio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Karıncalar's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
