With an all-out effort, Sarkisla's Edip Yiğitoğlu threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ercüment Aktaşoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ercüment Aktaşoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edip Yiğitoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercüment Aktaşoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ercüment Aktaşoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kadir Tümenbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Haldun Saygılı's late challenge caught a Maychester United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Haldun Saygılı helped the player get up and apologised. After 82 played minutes Sarkisla got a freekick which was hit by Haldun Saygılı. Berker Rıza İlbeyi made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Baykam Şahsuvaroğlu sent off a good shot on target. Edip Yiğitoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercüment Aktaşoğlu in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ercüment Aktaşoğlu in the 89th minute of play forced Maychester United's goalkeeper Edip Yiğitoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kadir Tümenbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ercüment Aktaşoğlu struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute.
