After 16 played minutes Güneysinir got a freekick which was hit by Bayhan Ulucan. Arif Gaffar Umut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cafer Pekel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Kazasker's Arif Gaffar Umut got control of the ball when Cebrail Belge tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arif Gaffar Umut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alpertunga Erçin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Necip Özilter couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Kazasker's goalkeeper Arif Gaffar Umut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu. After 47 played minutes Kazasker got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzer Erensoy. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Abuzer Değer has a good long shot, which he once again showed in the 48th minute of the match. Unfortunately the ball hit the outside of the left post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alpertunga Erçin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Cebrail Belge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
