When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gökhan Dilhun sped through Caybasi SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Abdullah Ongar. Gökhan Dilhun might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdullah Ongar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gökhan Dilhun ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Seyfi Gurbet kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abdullah Ongar. That made the score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Caybasi SK's goalkeeper Abdullah Ongar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gökhan Dilhun. After 28 minutes, Necat Ötüken mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caybasi SK and the Selevkiya Futbol Kulübü players grew even worse after the yellow card. Necat Ötüken hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Gökhan Dilhun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caybasi SK's Abdullah Ongar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Ahmet Seyfi Gurbet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Caybasi SK's Abdullah Ongar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafet Ünlüer in the 38th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gökhan Dilhun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdullah Ongar was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Selevkiya Futbol Kulübü's attentive Kılıç İzgi managed to snatch the ball when Cevdet Ocakçı made a throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game. After 65 played minutes Caybasi SK got a freekick which was hit by Necat Ötüken. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Gökhan Dilhun put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Abdullah Ongar. Caybasi SK's Abdullah Ongar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Seyfi Gurbet in the 77th minute of play. Abdullah Ongar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gökhan Dilhun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdullah Ongar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gökhan Dilhun in the 79th minute of play. Şemsettin Seyyid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tayfur Sağlamtürk in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gökhan Dilhun in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdullah Ongar saved Caybasi SK from getting behind. Caybasi SK's Abdullah Ongar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akgün Öztuna in the 90th minute of play.
