Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Deniz Kurban kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Polatlıspor's zone, Halit Fahri Çetinsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Tahsin Tigin came out of the goal and Halit Fahri Çetinsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 5 minutes of play, Aslanapa JK's Cabbar Şükür made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hasan Tahsin Tigin was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 12th minute, Aslanapa JK's Halit Fahri Çetinsu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hasan Tahsin Tigin. Hasan Tahsin Tigin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 27th minute, Deniz Kurban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Derviş İhtişam was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aslanapa JK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Polatlıspor a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Selim Yeğin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Aslanapa JK's Derviş İhtişam. 2-2. Cabbar Şükür in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hasan Tahsin Tigin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Halit Fahri Çetinsu struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Hasan Tahsin Tigin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aslanapa JK. Derviş İhtişam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Deniz Kurban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polatlıspor's Hasan Tahsin Tigin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halit Fahri Çetinsu in the 45th minute of play. Fikri Nurdag recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Halit Fahri Çetinsu to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Polatlıspor's goal looked a bit too open when Cabbar Şükür came free, but Hasan Tahsin Tigin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Cabbar Şükür managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aslanapa JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cabbar Şükür was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Aslanapa JK's Halit Fahri Çetinsu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hasan Tahsin Tigin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After a rather tough play, Polatlıspor's Selim Yeğin got a free kick in the 68th minute. Hasan Tahsin Tigin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cabbar Şükür, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Cabbar Şükür had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Polatlıspor's Deniz Kurban slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Derviş İhtişam. That made the score 3-3 after 73 minutes of play. Hasan Tahsin Tigin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halit Fahri Çetinsu's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute of the match, Deniz Kurban tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Derviş İhtişam saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 82nd minute, Alkan Uyar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Derviş İhtişam made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fikri Nurdag in the 90th minute. Ahmet Baki Kutlan charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Baki Kutlan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Polatlıspor booed when Aslanapa JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Baki Kutlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hıdır Toköz hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Selim Yeğin was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fikri Nurdag recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
