After 9 played minutes Polatlıspor got a freekick which was hit by Başar Cihansah. After 12 minutes Polatlıspor's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Refik Taşcıoğlu who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Refik Taşcıoğlu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Polatlıspor's Hasan Tahsin Tigin did a great save. When Batıhan Demirezen came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the A.S ROMA fans jumped to their feet. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Fikri Nurdag got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute Deniz Kurban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hazar Harmandalı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fikri Nurdag in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hazar Harmandalı, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Deniz Kurban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deniz Kurban was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Deniz Kurban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polatlıspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Deniz Kurban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hazar Harmandalı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deniz Kurban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hazar Harmandalı having to interfere. In the 63rd match minute, Polatlıspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Süreyya Işıklı to maneuver through the defense.
