Selim Hazar hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Baykam Uzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With 12 minutes on the clock, Abdullatif İhsan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Tosya:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hanönü SK:s goal. When the match had been going on for 13 minutes, Hanönü SK's Mustafa Anıl Hizanlı got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Akil Kubilay. A hard shot by Ahmet İlhan Bilek from long distance, 17 minutes into the match, got Akil Kubilay's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The supporters of Hanönü SK booed when Tosya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alptuğ Refah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Battal Gazi Ubeydullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burhan Oker in the 21st minute of the match. Burhan Oker might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Battal Gazi Ubeydullah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Burhan Oker ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 31st minute, Alptuğ Refah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hanönü SK's Battal Gazi Ubeydullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burhan Oker in the 32nd minute of play. Burhan Oker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Battal Gazi Ubeydullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hanönü SK's Battal Gazi Ubeydullah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burhan Oker in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Tosya booed when Hanönü SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayram Kandemir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Burhan Oker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Gazi Ubeydullah having to interfere. Burhan Akşin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Burhan Oker made the kick off in the second half. Akil Kubilay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamit Haznedaroğlu in the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Tosya's Burhan Oker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Battal Gazi Ubeydullah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Hanönü SK's goal looked a bit too open when Burhan Oker came free, but Battal Gazi Ubeydullah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tosya's Burhan Oker got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 70 played minutes Burhan Oker rounded Hanönü SK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. After some careless play in the Hanönü SK defense, Burhan Oker kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Battal Gazi Ubeydullah. The Hanönü SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Battal Gazi Ubeydullah should have stopped the shot. Selim Hazar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andaç İltay's late challenge caught a Hanönü SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andaç İltay helped the player get up and apologised. Tosya were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Hanönü SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Semi Tamerk took the corner. If Burhan Oker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 91 minutes, Burhan Oker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tosya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Burhan Oker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hüseyin Durkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Battal Gazi Ubeydullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akil Kubilay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selim Hazar in the 95th minute of play. Tosya's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
