Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alpay Bayrak started the match with the kick off. Kudret Özcam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alpay Bayrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bektaş Ali Yengi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Kutlu Pekalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Necmi Canel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Hadim's goalkeeper Kutlu Pekalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bektaş Ali Yengi. Bektaş Ali Yengi's late challenge caught a Hadim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bektaş Ali Yengi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Yeniköy getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Bektaş Ali Yengi hit a great ball. The supporters of Hadim booed when Yeniköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergin Tandan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Şadi Değer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alpay Bayrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hadim's supporters rose to their feet, but Alpay Bayrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kudret Özcam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 30th minute of the match Bektaş Ali Yengi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Bektaş Ali Yengi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Necmi Canel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Kutlu Pekalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Necmi Canel lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Kutlu Pekalp. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Necmi Canel in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kutlu Pekalp saved Hadim from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Necmi Canel was the one to do the kick off. Hadim's Kutlu Pekalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necmi Canel in the 52nd minute of play. If Necmi Canel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Halit Fahri Kadrettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Necmi Canel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kutlu Pekalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necmi Canel, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Yeniköy's Necmi Canel got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Hadim getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Abdi Erencan hit a great ball. Necmi Canel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halit Fahri Kadrettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutlu Pekalp having to interfere. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hadim's goalkeeper Kutlu Pekalp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Halit Fahri Kadrettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Necmi Canel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutlu Pekalp having to interfere. Hadim's Kutlu Pekalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necmi Canel in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Halit Fahri Kadrettin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yeniköy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Reşit Ulukut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Yeniköy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
