With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gürel Başhekim in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sarp Artuç saved Manavgat FK from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derya Uzcan in the 18th minute of play forced Ilgin's goalkeeper Enver Şahruh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Derya Uzcan struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Enver Şahruh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manavgat FK. The referee felt a red card was in order, 22 minutes into the game, when Mikail Kuddusi put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Manavgat FK a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ahmet Gökalp Yalınayak, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ilgin's Enver Şahruh. 0-1. In the 29th minute, Derya Uzcan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gürel Başhekim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sarp Artuç having to interfere. Enver Şahruh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Ilgin players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manavgat FK were winning 0-2.

Nejat Alp Nazım sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gürel Başhekim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manavgat FK's goalkeeper Sarp Artuç, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 58 minutes of play, Ilgin's Rıdvan Erbatur made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sarp Artuç was left in no man's land by his defense there! Enver Şahruh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rıdvan Erbatur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sarp Artuç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gürel Başhekim in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sarp Artuç prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gürel Başhekim struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. The Manavgat FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Manavgat FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
