Demacia SK's Burak Gurbet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cahit Adaş in the 4th minute of play. In the 15th minute Yağızhan Kartal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsmet Çetiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Burak Gurbet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cahit Adaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İsmet Çetiner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faruk Öztek went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Burak Gurbet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cahit Adaş's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. If Cahit Adaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Demacia SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kütahyaspor the free kick. A collision led to Demacia SK getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yağızhan Kartal made a kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Faruk Öztek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kütahyaspor's İsmet Çetiner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mahsun Süreyya charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mahsun Süreyya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, one of Kütahyaspor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kütahyaspor. Demacia SK's Faruk Öztek got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
