The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cenap Uğur during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GÖZTEPE's Cenap Uğur got a free kick in the 13th minute. Abdulkerim Bozbey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Soner Böke. Faruk Öztek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Demacia SK's Yağızhan Kartal in 25 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Soner Böke guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 27th minute, Faruk Öztek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faruk Öztek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Soner Böke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, GÖZTEPE's goalkeeper Soner Böke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Faruk Öztek. In the 39th minute Yağızhan Kartal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soner Böke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Peyami İlkay came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the GÖZTEPE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peyami İlkay couldn't finish the play. Yağızhan Kartal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Faruk Öztek struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Soner Böke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demacia SK. A collision led to GÖZTEPE getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Babür Demircioğlu hit a great ball. GÖZTEPE's Soner Böke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faruk Öztek in the 78th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Uluç Karanalp kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Burak Gurbet. That made the score 1-1 in the 85 minute of play. A collision led to Demacia SK getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Davut Uğuray hit a great ball. After some careless play in the GÖZTEPE defense, Faruk Öztek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Soner Böke. The GÖZTEPE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Soner Böke should have stopped the shot.
