Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ferit Tükelalp made the kick off which started today's match. Derinkuyu's Ali Haydar Usun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferit Tükelalp in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute Ediz Özarı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bozkurt İnanöz made a great header on Derinkuyu's corner, it was just that Elbeyli's Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay managed to reach the ball for a save. Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yağızhan Uzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Yağızhan Uzer kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Hazar Ocakçı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elbeyli and the Derinkuyu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Hazar Ocakçı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Ali Sağan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Derinkuyu's Ali Haydar Usun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Derinkuyu from getting a goal against them.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aytuğ Asır made a kick off. Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aytuğ Asır in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Mustafa Ali Sağan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ali Haydar Usun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 56 minutes into the match, Elbeyli's goal looked a bit too open when Aytuğ Asır came free, but Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Elbeyli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İlyas Tolga Tuğtaşı to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Elbeyli's zone, Aytuğ Asır stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay came out of the goal and Aytuğ Asır tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Elbeyli booed when Derinkuyu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bozkurt İnanöz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Haydar Usun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ferit Tükelalp's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. When İldeniz Ortaç fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Derinkuyu's protests and gave İldeniz Ortaç a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Derinkuyu got a freekick which was hit by İldeniz Ortaç. Ali Haydar Usun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferit Tükelalp in the 71st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Habib Himmet during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Elbeyli getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Habib Himmet hit a great ball. Aytuğ Asır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Elbeyli's Ziya Onur Aksakal got a free kick in the 79th minute. İldeniz Ortaç, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Elbeyli's goal looked a bit too open when Aytuğ Asır came free, but Bayındır Mehmet Uçbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Derinkuyu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
