Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vatan Akçınar started the match with the kick off. When Ayhan Ongen fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tarakli's protests and gave Ayhan Ongen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Ayhan Ongen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armağan Dersu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alperen Urluk in the 6th minute of the match. Alperen Urluk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yavuz Revnak charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yavuz Revnak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes GakgoşSpor got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Revnak. Demiralp Sarpkan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bahtiyar Kızıl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayhan Ongen might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bahtiyar Kızıl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ayhan Ongen ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st match minute, Tarakli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vatan Akçınar to maneuver through the defense. Demiralp Sarpkan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 25th playminute. In the 28th minute, Yavuz Revnak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 39 minutes, Ayhan Ongen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarakli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayhan Ongen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yavuz Revnak kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Tarakli got a corner. GakgoşSpor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. İslam Kınay ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alperen Urluk to make the kick off. Şerif Paşa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armağan Dersu having to interfere. After 52 played minutes Tarakli got a freekick which was hit by Ayhan Ongen. Armağan Dersu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alperen Urluk in the 66th minute of play. Bahtiyar Kızıl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Demiralp Sarpkan's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Bahtiyar Kızıl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demiralp Sarpkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When Ayhan Ongen came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tarakli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ayhan Ongen couldn't finish the play. Şerif Paşa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Tarakli defense, Şerif Paşa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armağan Dersu. The Tarakli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armağan Dersu should have stopped the shot. Demiralp Sarpkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Derya Ekemen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Demiralp Sarpkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tarakli's Vatan Akçınar got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demiralp Sarpkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Tarakli booed when GakgoşSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamuran Tunak didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Demiralp Sarpkan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tarakli's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
