Spectators: 5002 (Terracing: 4002, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Atalan Hürsev made the kick off which started today's match. Rafettin Erbaş came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by 8taş's Tugay Makul. But to his dismay, Tugay Makul quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 8taş's Behiç Omural played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asaf Oruz in the 7th minute of play. Asaf Oruz struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Behiç Omural didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kurtköy. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Devlet Nebahattin in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Behiç Omural prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Asaf Oruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Behiç Omural read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Devlet Nebahattin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kurtköy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Kurtköy getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Ataol Ökmener hit a great ball. Ahmet Ceyhan Geçim's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Rafettin Erbaş skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kurtköy's Rafettin Erbaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atalan Hürsev in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 played minutes, Kurtköy's Berker Demirsah shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Behiç Omural came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kurtköy reached it. Devlet Nebahattin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Behiç Omural having to interfere. Devlet Nebahattin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Asaf Oruz to make the kick off. Devlet Nebahattin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Kurtköy's Abdurrezzak Hadi got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Atalan Hürsev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Devlet Nebahattin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Behiç Omural was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind 8taş's goalkeeper Behiç Omural, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Ataol Ökmener fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurtköy's protests and gave Ataol Ökmener a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th minute, Ataol Ökmener hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Behiç Omural showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asaf Oruz in the 78th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kurtköy's zone, Atalan Hürsev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafettin Erbaş came out of the goal and Atalan Hürsev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Asaf Oruz came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Kurtköy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Asaf Oruz couldn't finish the play. 97 minutes into the match, 8taş's goal looked a bit too open when Asaf Oruz came free, but Behiç Omural reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Kurtköy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kurtköy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
