Rıfat Saykal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manisaspor. In the 13th minute of the match, Mehmet Şefik Bayramoğlu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rıfat Saykal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cemil Cihanmert kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Anıl Berk Yastıkcığlu came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Yeşildirek FK's Raşit Uraz. But to his dismay, Raşit Uraz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Şefik Bayramoğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rıfat Saykal was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. If Sinan Kocaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Mehmet Şefik Bayramoğlu made the kick off in the second half. When Sinan Kocaker fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manisaspor's protests and gave Sinan Kocaker a yellow card for diving instead. When Besim Osmanlı came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Yeşildirek FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Besim Osmanlı couldn't finish the play. Manisaspor's Anıl Berk Yastıkcığlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raşit Uraz in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Yeşildirek FK's Besim Osmanlı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anıl Berk Yastıkcığlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sinan Kocaker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rıfat Saykal having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Şefik Bayramoğlu in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rıfat Saykal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cemil Cihanmert's late challenge caught a Manisaspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cemil Cihanmert helped the player get up and apologised. Cemil Cihanmert hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 minutes, Besim Osmanlı mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yeşildirek FK and the Manisaspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st match minute, Yeşildirek FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Besim Osmanlı to maneuver through the defense. Raşit Uraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Anıl Berk Yastıkcığlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Şefik Bayramoğlu struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Rıfat Saykal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manisaspor. Yeşildirek FK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
