Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Ziya Hızır in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bayhan Erten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Necaettin Karakaya during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Necaettin Karakaya kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match FENERBAHCEKFY got a corner. Beşiktaş's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Latif Lema ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Latif Lema almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Beşiktaş's Anıl Mücahit Kotuz did a great save. The FENERBAHCEKFY fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when FENERBAHCEKFY's Alaaddin Ünlü looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kuddusî Kutuner kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 36 played minutes, FENERBAHCEKFY's Latif Lema shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anıl Mücahit Kotuz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FENERBAHCEKFY reached it. In the 38th minute, Burak Devlet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beşiktaş fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Bekir Ülgen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Anıl Mücahit Kotuz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Necaettin Karakaya hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Beşiktaş's Burak Devlet in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FENERBAHCEKFY's goalie prevented a goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 55 played minutes, FENERBAHCEKFY's Yakut Yenbu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anıl Mücahit Kotuz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FENERBAHCEKFY reached it. After 56 played minutes Beşiktaş got a freekick which was hit by Rahman Rafet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alaaddin Ünlü in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anıl Mücahit Kotuz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bayhan Erten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burak Devlet in the 62nd minute of play. Burak Devlet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayhan Erten having to interfere. If Burak Devlet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alaaddin Ünlü in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anıl Mücahit Kotuz saved Beşiktaş from getting behind. In the 73rd match minute, Beşiktaş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necaettin Karakaya to maneuver through the defense. Anıl Mücahit Kotuz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alaaddin Ünlü in the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Ahmet Ziya Hızır hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FENERBAHCEKFY's Bayhan Erten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save FENERBAHCEKFY from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Beşiktaş defense, Alaaddin Ünlü kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anıl Mücahit Kotuz. The Beşiktaş fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anıl Mücahit Kotuz should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Beşiktaş's Bayhan Erten threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Burak Devlet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After recieving a nice pass, Beşiktaş's Turan Yelesen tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ahmet Ziya Hızır was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. For all the effort they put into the match, the Beşiktaş players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FENERBAHCEKFY.
