Incesufk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Güney İldemir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nihat Sargut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jörn Holm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Incesufk's Jörn Holm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Incesufk from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yenal Hamurcu in the 19th minute of play forced Ikizce's goalkeeper Ata Umurbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ata Umurbay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yenal Hamurcu in the 27th minute of play. When Incesufk's Güney İldemir in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ikizce's goalie prevented a goal. When Vatan Asır came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Incesufk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vatan Asır couldn't finish the play. Vatan Asır struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ata Umurbay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Incesufk.
