Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Burak Devlet kicked off to start the match. Ikizce's Ata Umurbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burak Devlet in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 6 minutes, Ahmet Ziya Hızır managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beşiktaş's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ziya Hızır was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Burak Devlet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ata Umurbay having to interfere. Ata Umurbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burak Devlet in the 11th minute of the match. Anıl Mücahit Kotuz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edip Sakman in the 21st minute of play. Burak Devlet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Ahmet Ziya Hızır got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Burak Devlet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ata Umurbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zaid Sahadettin hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tarkan Çiltay during the 36th minute. Ikizce's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Ziya Hızır was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After the first half Beşiktaş were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edip Sakman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Nejat Alp Öksüzoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ikizce's protests and gave Nejat Alp Öksüzoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Ata Umurbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Burak Devlet's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd match minute, Beşiktaş was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necaettin Karakaya to maneuver through the defense. After 65 played minutes Ikizce got a freekick which was hit by Cezmi Barlas. Burak Devlet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Burak Devlet in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ata Umurbay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Ikizce's Ata Umurbay got control of the ball when Ahmet Ziya Hızır tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burak Devlet in the 79th minute of play forced Ikizce's goalkeeper Ata Umurbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ata Umurbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burak Devlet, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Adem Oytun charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adem Oytun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Ikizce's Adem Oytun got a free kick in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ahmet Ziya Hızır kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ata Umurbay. That made the score 1-3 in the 90 minute of play. In the 98th minute, Kuddusî Kutuner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ata Umurbay. The goal made the score 1-4. When the match was over Beşiktaş could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ikizce throughout the match.
