Yaman Zağanos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hulki Savni, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, BalKes's Tuğrul Rafet got a free kick in the 18th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Hulki Savni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bostanci's supporters rose to their feet, but Hulki Savni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yaman Zağanos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yaman Zağanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vacid Ilıca in the 21st minute of play. Bostanci's Doğaner Akdoğu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Bedri Muhsin in the 23rd minute of play. Yaman Zağanos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hulki Savni's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hulki Savni in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yaman Zağanos saved BalKes from getting behind. BalKes's Ahmet Bedri Muhsin got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ahmet Bedri Muhsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Doğaner Akdoğu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bostanci's goalkeeper Doğaner Akdoğu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Bedri Muhsin kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hulki Savni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abdurrahim Kurumer hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 58 played minutes, BalKes's Ahmet Nafiz Özgan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Doğaner Akdoğu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BalKes reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuğrul Rafet in the 66th minute of play forced Bostanci's goalkeeper Doğaner Akdoğu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bostanci's zone, Rüknettin Vakkasoğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğaner Akdoğu came out of the goal and Rüknettin Vakkasoğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bostanci's Doğaner Akdoğu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Bedri Muhsin in the 70th minute of play. With a little luck, BalKes's Yaman Zağanos got control of the ball when Vacid Ilıca tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Vacid Ilıca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaman Zağanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulki Savni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gürel Yetkiner kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bostanci eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
