The supporters of BalKes booed when Sulusaray was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kutay Masum didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, BalKes's Ahmet Nafiz Özgan tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. İsmet Sayın hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Caner Akbaba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bedri Muhsin in the 30th minute of play forced Sulusaray's goalkeeper Mustafa Haydar Kabadayı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caner Akbaba in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yaman Zağanos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BalKes's Yaman Zağanos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Suphi İlyas in the 43rd minute of play. Gürel Yetkiner's late challenge caught a Sulusaray's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gürel Yetkiner helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Gürel Yetkiner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Bedri Muhsin to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on BalKes's corner Ahmet Nafiz Özgan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mustafa Haydar Kabadayı quite easily take care of the ball. Suphi İlyas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaman Zağanos having to interfere. In the 61stth minute of the game Caner Akbaba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BalKes's Yaman Zağanos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 65 played minutes BalKes got a freekick which was hit by Gürel Yetkiner. Suphi İlyas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yaman Zağanos having to interfere. If Suphi İlyas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd play minute Suphi İlyas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Yaman Zağanos. 0-2. Sulusaray's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
