Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Behram Uraz made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 7th minute, Mehmet Emre İhsan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th play minute Aktuğ Yalım came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Akgün Sayraç. 1-0. In the 11th minute, Emran Özerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Akgün Sayraç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aktuğ Yalım in the 12th minute of play. Behram Uraz took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ufuk Kaçan. Ufuk Kaçan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Akarbaşıspor's Behram Uraz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ufuk Kaçan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ufuk Kaçan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Songur Kurhan in the 26th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emran Özerman got free with Akgün Sayraç in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emran Özerman scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Akgün Sayraç, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 35 played minutes Korkut got a freekick which was hit by Utku Cangiray. An unexpectedly hard shot by Songur Kurhan in the 38th minute of play forced Korkut's goalkeeper Ufuk Kaçan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Songur Kurhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ufuk Kaçan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Behram Uraz took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ufuk Kaçan. Ufuk Kaçan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aktuğ Yalım stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Behram Uraz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ufuk Kaçan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Aktuğ Yalım shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akgün Sayraç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akgün Sayraç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aktuğ Yalım in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Akarbaşıspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdullah İlbeyi to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Emran Özerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Utku Cangiray kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Songur Kurhan during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Akarbaşıspor's Songur Kurhan got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Aktuğ Yalım managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korkut's supporters rose to their feet, but Aktuğ Yalım was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akgün Sayraç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erkin Yatman's late challenge caught a Akarbaşıspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erkin Yatman helped the player get up and apologised. When Abdullah İlbeyi fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akarbaşıspor's protests and gave Abdullah İlbeyi a yellow card for diving instead. Abdullah İlbeyi hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Aktuğ Yalım got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Songur Kurhan came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Akarbaşıspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Songur Kurhan couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
