Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Necmi Ünveren made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute, FK.KARAGÜMRÜK's Ali Macit Eroğul seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ali Macit Eroğul the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FK.KARAGÜMRÜK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ali Macit Eroğul had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FK.KARAGÜMRÜK! Altuğ Uğur had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping İsmail Orhun Davarcı's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Eşref Taş charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eşref Taş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th match minute, FK.KARAGÜMRÜK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eşref Taş to maneuver through the defense. Suphi Bintuğ's late challenge caught a FK.KARAGÜMRÜK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Suphi Bintuğ helped the player get up and apologised. Suphi Bintuğ kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Necmi Ünveren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Necmi Ünveren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tophane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 18th minute Necmi Ünveren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altuğ Uğur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Koralp Akçan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armağan Yetkin in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Atilla Kağan Kırgız, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Necmi Ünveren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Altuğ Uğur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Necmi Ünveren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tophane's supporters rose to their feet, but Necmi Ünveren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Altuğ Uğur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Altuğ Uğur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necmi Ünveren, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Ahmet Koralp Akçan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK.KARAGÜMRÜK's Altuğ Uğur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 35th minute Ahmet Koralp Akçan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Altuğ Uğur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Altuğ Uğur came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tophane's Ahmet Koralp Akçan. But to his dismay, Ahmet Koralp Akçan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eşref Taş made a kick off. Necmi Ünveren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ahmet Koralp Akçan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Altuğ Uğur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Necmi Ünveren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Altuğ Uğur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necmi Ünveren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Necmi Ünveren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Altuğ Uğur was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Necmi Ünveren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Necmi Ünveren lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Altuğ Uğur. In the 73rd minute, Necmi Ünveren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Armağan Yetkin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Necmi Ünveren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Koralp Akçan took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Altuğ Uğur. Altuğ Uğur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 82nd minute, Tophane's Necmi Ünveren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Altuğ Uğur. Altuğ Uğur yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. If Necmi Ünveren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Koralp Akçan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Altuğ Uğur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Koralp Akçan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altuğ Uğur having to interfere. Altuğ Uğur had great luck who in the 95thth minute grab hold of the ball when Necmi Ünveren from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.
