Kamuran Helvacı stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İlyas Tolga Tülek's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. The supporters of Bozdogan booed when Levent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karhan Acem didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Bozdogan's Cem Özker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kamuran Helvacı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Ulu Başer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cem Özker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sufi Rafet lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 24th match minute, Levent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sufi Rafet to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Serkan Taran notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Levent's Kamuran Helvacı. Kamuran Helvacı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cem Özker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Ulu Başer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Levent's goalkeeper Kamuran Helvacı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Bozdogan's Cem Özker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kamuran Helvacı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlyas Tolga Tülek in the 44th minute of play forced Levent's goalkeeper Kamuran Helvacı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kamuran Helvacı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baki Hunalp in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Levent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karhan Acem to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulu Başer was the one to do the kick off. If Cem Özker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karhan Acem during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Bozdogan's Serkan Taran tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cem Özker struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Kamuran Helvacı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bozdogan. A collision led to Levent getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Bozdogan's Afşar Tarancı got a free kick in the 81st minute. Ulu Başer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Battal Gazi Patlar having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlyas Tolga Tülek in the 87th minute of play forced Levent's goalkeeper Kamuran Helvacı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cem Özker in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kamuran Helvacı, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 90 minutes into the match, Levent's Ulu Başer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Battal Gazi Patlar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Cem Özker came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Bozdogan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cem Özker couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute of the match, Cem Özker got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kamuran Helvacı was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bozdogan's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
