After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fazlı Yağmurdereli made a kick off. Atilla Bumin Koçaş kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, iDeCA SK's Selim Demirer broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. Altay Ünalmış was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ayberk Bağış could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Celalettin Derviş made a huge save. When Hazım Semir came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the iDeCA SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hazım Semir couldn't finish the play. Altay Ünalmış showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayyip Tunçhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 100th minute. iDeCA SK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
