After some careless play in the Caycuma JK defense, Enginsu Yalgın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ali Kağan Cebel. The Caycuma JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ali Kağan Cebel should have stopped the shot. Enginsu Yalgın fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kağan Cebel having to interfere. Kadim Özker succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 27th playminute. Enginsu Yalgın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kadim Özker kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ahmet Gündüz Camcı's late challenge caught a Southampton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmet Gündüz Camcı helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmet Gündüz Camcı hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Kadim Özker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Korkutalp Aytolun made a huge save. Ahmet Gündüz Camcı took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korkutalp Aytolun. Korkutalp Aytolun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Ahmet Gündüz Camcı kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sertaç Revnak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 56 in the game by Enginsu Yalgın from a close distance when the talented Ali Kağan Cebel managed to make a qualified save. Caycuma JK's players were relieved. When Kadim Özker fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caycuma JK's protests and gave Kadim Özker a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Caycuma JK got a freekick which was hit by Kadim Özker. Ali Kağan Cebel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enginsu Yalgın's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Caycuma JK's zone, Ahmet Ceyhan Kınay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Kağan Cebel came out of the goal and Ahmet Ceyhan Kınay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th match minute, Caycuma JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kadim Özker to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Southampton FC's Enginsu Yalgın slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ali Kağan Cebel. That made the score 2-3 after 67 minutes of play. Korkutalp Aytolun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sertaç Revnak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72ndth minute of the game Enginsu Yalgın who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caycuma JK's Ali Kağan Cebel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Southampton FC's Ali Kağan Cebel threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ahmet Ceyhan Kınay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 76th minute Mustafa Şenyaşar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Kağan Cebel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Caycuma JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hidayet Akova to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Caycuma JK's Ahmet Gündüz Camcı got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Ahmet Gündüz Camcı made a precise shot to the right of Korkutalp Aytolun. Southampton FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Southampton FC's Fedai Rical got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Southampton FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
