After having played for 8 minutes, Kuzey Tonguç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Özdemirler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuzey Tonguç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Arif Egemen İmruz fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Özdemirler's protests and gave Arif Egemen İmruz a yellow card for diving instead. 18 minutes into the game, one of Özdemirler:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Poyraz Eygül went to the wrong direction when İskender Timur was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. With 27 minutes on the clock, Sertel Oral commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 26th minute, one of Özdemirler:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Özdemirler. AsaletinYeter were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Özdemirler's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. İskender Timur took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Ecevit Ramazanoğulları got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-1. 30 minutes into the match. Ahmet Yahya Cihanmert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of AsaletinYeter booed when Özdemirler was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fehmi Bozyiğit didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, AsaletinYeter's İskender Timur tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ecevit Ramazanoğulları made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Özdemirler's goal looked a bit too open when Ecevit Ramazanoğulları came free, but Poyraz Eygül reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Özdemirler's Poyraz Eygül got control of the ball when Tansu Nasr tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ahmet Yahya Cihanmert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Özdemirler's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Yahya Cihanmert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kuddusî Lütfullah breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arif Egemen İmruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
