Arif Bilge Sertaç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Poyraz Eygül made a huge save. Arif Bilge Sertaç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Poyraz Eygül having to make a save. Kuzey Tonguç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Özdemirler's Ali Kürşat Ergüder got a free kick in the 39th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Poyraz Eygül successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42nd minute Kuzey Tonguç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serter Kaan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alparslan Yordam kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When Özdemirler's Kuzey Tonguç in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Erzurum Spor FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Özdemirler were winning 0-1.

When Ali Kürşat Ergüder fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Özdemirler's protests and gave Ali Kürşat Ergüder a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 97th minute of the game. One of Özdemirler:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Erzurum Spor FK:s goal. Arif Bilge Sertaç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 102nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
