After 9 played minutes Yildirim got a freekick which was hit by Seyfi Ehil. BARBAROS FK's Fehmi Işıker shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 9th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ahmet Hakan Konguralp but with some difficulty. 11 minutes into the match, BARBAROS FK's Ali Erdem Taşkıner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Hakan Konguralp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ali Erdem Taşkıner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Can Nebi during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Yildirim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muhammet Tulum to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Hakan Konguralp was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fehmi Işıker. A collision led to BARBAROS FK getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Beyhan Okatay hit a great ball. Nihat Toycan struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Tibet Toygar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yildirim. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beyhan Okatay during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes BARBAROS FK got a freekick which was hit by Beyhan Okatay. Nihat Toycan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibet Toygar having to interfere. In the 40th minute Nihat Toycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibet Toygar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Nihat Toycan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yildirim's supporters rose to their feet, but Nihat Toycan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tibet Toygar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, Ahmet Fikret Okbudun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Nihat Toycan fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yildirim's protests and gave Nihat Toycan a yellow card for diving instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Asım Arif Tekdoğan to strike the kick off in the second half. If Asım Arif Tekdoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beyhan Okatay was shown his second yellow card after 52 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Beyhan Okatay hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Nihat Toycan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Tibet Toygar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BARBAROS FK's zone, Can Nebi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibet Toygar came out of the goal and Can Nebi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asım Arif Tekdoğan during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes BARBAROS FK got a freekick which was hit by Asım Arif Tekdoğan. Tibet Toygar was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Seyfi Ehil. Naci Hazret kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, BARBAROS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Yaşanur to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Hakan Konguralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Erdem Taşkıner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BARBAROS FK's Tibet Toygar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nihat Toycan in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute Nihat Toycan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tibet Toygar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Can Nebi struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Tibet Toygar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yildirim. Tibet Toygar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nihat Toycan in the 77th minute of the match. Can Nebi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Tibet Toygar made a huge save. After having played for 80 minutes, Can Nebi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yildirim's supporters crossed their fingers, but Can Nebi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute, BARBAROS FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Can Nebi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tibet Toygar was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Nihat Toycan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nihat Toycan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in BARBAROS FK's zone, Nihat Toycan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibet Toygar came out of the goal and Nihat Toycan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Nihat Toycan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tibet Toygar. The goal made the score 0-2. Yildirim's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
